Please choose with care, as honey is a natural food product and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Each jar of our honey is carefully prepared and thoughtfully packaged to preserve its purity and quality. While we take every precaution to ensure it arrives safely, occasional damage may occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and share clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will be pleased to arrange a refund or replacement.
