HOW TO USE:

✓ Use for adults and children over 1 year old.
✓ Use 1-2 teaspoons (10g) to drink directly 2 times per day. You can mix with warm lemon juice, add to baking powder, mix with tea, fruit juice (substitute sugar) or mix in warm milk.
✓ Drink once before meals and once before sleeping.
✓ Children should use 1 glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey per day.
✓ Use Honey Manuka to heal wounds, fight infections: wash the wound, rub directly on the wound a layer of Manuka honey to disinfect and quickly heal the wound.
✓ Use Manuka honey to mask: wash your face, then apply a thin layer on the entire face for 15-20 minutes, and it can be combined with yogurt or fresh milk without sugar.
